All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We endeavour to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate; however, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete or current.

Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made. We will notify you promptly should this occur.

Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the nature of luxury goods, particularly watches and jewellery, minor variations in colour, size, weight and appearance may occur between the product displayed and the product delivered.

When you place an order through the Website, it constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email (“Order Confirmation”). Until such time, no contract exists between us.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (BACS/CHAPS)
• Such other methods as we may make available from time to time

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

We offer fully insured delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full.

All deliveries of high-value items require a signature upon receipt. You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt.

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Bespoke, personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging, certificates and documentation intact.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and the design, layout and arrangement thereof, is the property of Sterling Diamond or our licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from this Website without our prior written consent, except as follows:
