Orders & Shipping
UK orders are dispatched within 1 business day and typically arrive within 1–3 business days. All orders are fully insured and require a signature on delivery.
Yes. We ship worldwide via insured, tracked courier. International delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting us directly.
Absolutely. Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our boutique until it reaches you. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, you are completely covered.
All items are presented in our signature Sterling Diamond packaging — a luxury gift box with protective cushioning. Outer packaging is plain and discreet for security, with no indication of the contents or value.
Yes. You are welcome to collect your purchase from our boutique at 25 Burlington Arcade, Mayfair, London W1J 0PT. Please select "Collect in Store" at checkout or contact us to arrange a time.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy on all standard purchases. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation. Bespoke and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and documentation included. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. We will guide you through the process and ensure you receive the perfect piece.
For UK returns, we provide a prepaid insured shipping label. International returns are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend using an insured, tracked courier service.
Authentication & Warranty
Every watch and piece of jewellery undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our in-house specialists. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell — if an item is ever found to be inauthentic, we offer a full refund.
Yes. All watches are supplied with a certificate of authenticity. Diamond jewellery is accompanied by certificates from leading gemological laboratories such as GIA, HRD, or IGI where applicable.
All watches come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering mechanical defects. Jewellery purchases include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorised repairs.
We encourage independent verification. Every piece comes with full documentation so you can have it appraised by any certified gemologist or horologist of your choice.
Yes. We offer complimentary insurance valuations with every purchase. We also provide standalone valuation services — simply bring your piece to our boutique or contact us to arrange an appointment.
Watches
We grade our watches as Unworn, Excellent, Very Good, or Good. Each listing includes detailed condition notes and high-resolution photographs. All watches are professionally inspected, serviced where necessary, and guaranteed to be in excellent working order.
Most of our watches come as a "full set" with original box, papers, and accessories. Where original box or papers are not available, this is clearly stated in the listing. All watches include our certificate of authenticity regardless.
Yes. Every watch is inspected by our certified horologists. If a service is required, it is completed before the piece is listed. We also provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all timepieces.
Absolutely. If the watch you are looking for is not currently in our collection, our sourcing team can locate it through our global network. Contact us with the brand, model, and reference number and we will do the rest.
Yes. We buy luxury watches for cash, offer trade-in towards new purchases, and provide consignment services. Visit our boutique or submit your watch details online for a free, no-obligation quote.
Jewellery
Yes. Our Master Jeweller designs and creates bespoke pieces from concept to completion. Whether it is an engagement ring, a gift, or a personal commission, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life. The process typically takes 4–8 weeks.
Yes. We only use diamonds certified by leading gemological laboratories — primarily GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Each stone comes with a full grading report detailing the 4Cs: carat, colour, clarity, and cut.
In most cases, yes. We offer complimentary resizing within the first 6 months of purchase. Some designs, such as full eternity bands, may have limitations. Please contact us to discuss your specific piece.
We recommend removing jewellery before bathing, swimming, or exercising. Store pieces individually in soft pouches to prevent scratching. For cleaning, use a soft lint-free cloth or bring your pieces to us for a complimentary professional clean and inspection.
Yes. We provide a comprehensive ring size guide with UK, US, and EU equivalents, along with measuring instructions. You can also visit our boutique for a professional fitting at no charge.
Payment & Finance
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer (BACS/SWIFT), and PayPal. For high-value purchases, bank transfer is preferred. We also accept payment in person via card or cash at our boutique.
Yes. Bespoke and custom commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before dispatch or collection.
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with full SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
We offer flexible payment plans on selected items. Please contact us to discuss available options. All finance arrangements are subject to status and approval.
